About Us
Seaside Sisters is a London-based craft collective selling handmade textile and paper goods. We are designer-makers with a love for vintage fabrics, making beautiful homewares, gifts, toys, hair decorations and brooches, and practical things such as shopping bags made from souvenir tea towels.
Our products often have seaside or holiday themes and are made from colourful, original mid-century and retro fabrics. We also make soft owl, dog and cat toys from
vintage patterns, bunting and flags screen-printed with an old circus style typeface, and illustrated cards, note books and stationery.
This blog will have updates about the new things we’ve made, fairs and markets we’ll be selling at, and any other news or ramblings.
Seaside Sisters are:
Gillian Elam of Fabric Nation
Linda White of Handmade to Measure
Xtina Lamb of Printed Wonders
The Seaside Sisters have known each other a long time, but are not related. We don’t live by the sea now, but we have in the past, and the seaside made a big impression on us.
